The overarching design structure starts at the course level and can be explored in the scope and sequence. How is the course structure similar to and different from what you have taught in the past?
This matters because the curriculum structure was intentionally designed, enabling you to make informed instructional decisions. Identifying how the structure and content of the curriculum are different from what you know and have done in the past will help you name the places where you might need additional support or resources. It is designed to help you preserve the integrity of the curriculum while making adjustments that increase access and maintain coherence for your students.
