Lesson Narrative
In this lesson, students are presented with expressions involving multiple logarithms and need to use the logarithm rules they have learned to write equivalent expressions with a single logarithm. Then students are given cards with logarithmic expressions and sort them into categories based on the value of the expression.
- Use a combination of logarithm rules to create (in writing) equivalent logarithmic expressions.
- Let's use multiple logarithm rules on the same expression.
