One student picks a shape card without showing their partner. They describe the shape to their partner, who draws it based on the description. Together they compare the shape that was drawn to the shape on the card. If the student drew the shape correctly, they keep the card. The partner with the most cards at the end of the game wins. Shape cards include triangles and quadrilaterals.

They earn two points if their rectangle matches their partner's rectangle exactly and one point if it doesn’t match exactly, but matches the clue given. The partner with the highest score at the end of 8 rounds wins. This game encourages students to use multiplication fluency to think about rectangles that could be more difficult for their partner to draw.
